Yoga

My classes are strong with a focus on the Svadhaya aspects of Yoga bringing awareness into the Physical, mental and emotional self.  I focuses on Alignment to guide my students safely into each pose as well as allowing space with body and mind with the use of Breath.  I also infuse Mantras and the eight limbs of yoga into my class themes for those who want to deepen their Yoga practice.

I have my 500 hour (YA) certification and have had the opportunity to learn from some amazing teachers like Janet Stone, Max Strom, Ana Forrest, Sianna Sherman, Michèle E. Denis, Sarah Cutfield, Teresa Campbell and Bernie Clark to name a few.
